The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in the beautiful building with helpfulstaff. The venue offers luxurious and quiet rooms with a roll away bed, the super soft robes, I am very pleased about that. Have a drink at the roof top bar.

All the staff was very very helpful and attentive. There were television with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the room, appreciated that.

The staff were lovely and faultless too. Booked the venue for its great and incredible location short walk to tram, restaurants and Melbourne CBD.

Everything about this hotel is great. I must comment on its central location - it was amazing. Melbourne Central Business district won't disappoint you.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. The room was exactly as shown in the photos - clean and comfortable. The hot water in the shower was quick to flow, and we loved having both a regular shower head and a rain shower head. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep on the 11th floor. The location at the best end of town was perfect, with great views of the Treasury Gardens. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and we had no issues with the checkout. we had a romantic and enjoyable getaway at this hotel.

gorgeous place & exceptional room that was fantastic. i booked a room with a lovely bed, a safe box, tv and a mini fridge bar. i enjoyed city view. the location was great, relatively close to a national sports museum. a movie theater and bars were located close to the hotel.

It has unbeatable and magnificent location to see Treasury Gardens. It is found in an excellent area.

The excellent location was close to A Beautifully Renovated 1854 Theatre. What's more, it was very close to many excellent dining options as well as Parliament Building. Our room was beautifully presented and complete with the super soft robes, a roll away bed, fantastic bedding.

Really enjoyed the room with 2 beds, my bed was comfy. There were a safe, TV set and a mini-fridge-bar in my room. Its location in Melbourne was amazing, right by China Town, and Princess Theatre. Actually everything was lovely, my next choice again in Melbourne.

Some of the staff were not very friendly.
